Travelezee

We are right here in Osman Plaza on Public Garden Road. It is a busy spot in Nampally, especially being right across from the City Convention Center. Most days start with us opening up and checking the computer for any new flight changes or booking requests that came in overnight. It’s not a fancy office, just a place where we get work done and help people figure out their trips. Sometimes the traffic outside gets really loud, but you get used to it after a while. We spend a lot of time on the phone with airlines and trying to make sure names are spelled right on tickets because even one small error causes a huge headache later. People come in from the street asking about train times or bus prices, and we do what we can to give them an answer. It’s mostly just us handling paperwork and talking to customers who are usually in a bit of a hurry to get somewhere. Some days are slow and we just sit and have tea, but other times it is constant phones ringing. It’s been this way for some time now at this location. We know the area well and see the same faces passing by every day. If you are looking for the office, just look for the convention center and we are right there in the plaza. It’s straightforward, no big signs or anything, just a desk and a few chairs for whoever stops by to talk about their travel plans.
