If you head over to Motinagar in Hyderabad, you will find us at Balaji Swanapuri Colony. Our place is on Plot No 43. We are Top Hybrid Seeds Private Limited. It is a pretty quiet colony compared to the main roads, which is nice when we are trying to get work done. We handle a lot of different hybrid seeds, mostly looking at how they grow and making sure the bags are ready for whoever needs them. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular building where we keep our records and handle the logistics. Hyderabad gets really hot in the summer, so we spend a lot of time making sure the storage stays okay. Most of the people working here have been around seeds for a long time, so we know what we are looking at. We don't really do the big flashy marketing stuff. We just talk to the local guys and get the seeds out. Sometimes it gets a little cluttered with samples and paperwork on the desks. If you are coming from the main part of Motinagar, it is easy to find once you get into Balaji Swanapuri. We usually have someone here during the day just sorting through the inventory. It is a steady kind of job, making sure the hybrid varieties are tracked right. We like the neighborhood here; it feels like a real community and not just a bunch of corporate offices lined up together. It suits us just fine.
