You can find Tools & Spares Corporation at 5-5-105, right across from the Rao Hotel in Ranigunj. It’s a landmark around here, so most people don't have trouble finding us. Ranigunj is a crowded place, lots of shops and people moving around constantly. Our shop is tucked in there, filled with all sorts of items on the shelves. It’s a bit of a maze inside. We have boxes stacked high, and sometimes it takes a minute to find exactly what a customer is looking for. But we know where everything is, more or less. We’ve been at this location for a long time. The building is old, with high ceilings and those big heavy doors. It stays relatively cool inside even when it’s hot out on the street. We spend our days talking to people who come in looking for specific parts. Some are regular faces we’ve known for years. We don't have a fancy computer system to track everything; we mostly rely on memory and some old notebooks. It works for us. The noise from the street is always there, but we get used to it. We aren't a big corporation with branches everywhere. It’s just this one shop in Ranigunj. We keep things simple. If we have it, we sell it. If we don't, we try to tell you where you might find it. That’s just how we do business. It’s not fancy, but it gets the job done for everyone.
