We operate out of Shops 7 and 8 in the Sherza Estate on Nizamshahi Road. Being both a wholesaler and a retailer means Prince Hardware & Tools is usually buzzing with different kinds of customers. We have everything from small screws to larger power tools. The space in Sherza Estate is pretty packed. We try to keep things in some kind of order, but hardware can be messy. You’ll find bins of bolts and shelves full of tools everywhere you look. It’s a family-run sort of feel here, even if it’s a busy business. We don't use fancy computer systems for everything; a lot of it is still done by hand and memory. Nizamshahi Road is a central spot, so we get a lot of foot traffic. Some people come in for a single wrench, while others are buying supplies for a whole building project. We treat everyone the same. It’s about being practical and helping folks find what they need. We aren't polished or corporate. We might have a bit of grease on our hands when we talk to you, but that’s just because we’ve been moving stock around. The lighting in the shop isn't the best, and the aisles are a bit tight, but we have the stuff. That’s what matters to the people who shop with us. We just keep the doors open and the stock ready. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we do.
