Compressors & Tools Co. is located at S-5 on the 2nd Floor of the S.A. Trade Centre. This is right at the Ranigunj X Road, which is a very noisy and busy intersection. There is always the sound of horns and traffic coming up from the street below. Our office is a bit of a climb if you don't use the lift, but we are used to it by now. The space inside S-5 is pretty packed with all sorts of compressor parts and various tools. It’s not the most organized place in the world, with boxes stacked in corners and papers all over the desks. But we know exactly where everything is when we need it. We’ve been operating out of Ranigunj for a long time. It’s a good spot because it’s a hub for this kind of hardware and machinery. We see a lot of regular customers who have been coming to us for years. The trade centre itself is an older building, so it has a lot of character, even if it’s a bit grimy. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything. We just answer the phone and help the people who walk through the door. Usually, we are busy from morning until evening. It’s a lot of work, but we like being in the middle of all the action at the X Road. It’s just a normal, busy day for us here.
