If you head over to the Chandulal Baradari Industrial Estate in Bhadurpura, you’ll find us at 19-2-239/1/3/B. We are Powertex Tools Company Pvt. Ltd., though most people just call us Powertex. This area is full of workshops and small factories, and we’ve been part of the mix for quite a while now. Our place is full of tools—drills, grinders, saws, you name it. There’s always the smell of grease and metal in the air. It’s not a place for someone who’s afraid to get their hands dirty. We aren’t a giant corporation with layers of bosses. It’s just us here, making sure the tools people buy actually work when they get them to the job site. We spend a lot of time testing things and making sure the parts fit right. Sometimes we disagree on how a repair should go, and you might hear us arguing a bit, but we always figure it out. It’s just how we work. We don’t have a polished showroom with bright lights. Our stuff is on shelves in the back, and we bring it out when someone asks. We know our regulars by name, and they know we don’t talk nonsense. If a tool is junk, we won’t sell it. We just want to provide something that gets the job done so people can earn their own living. That’s the way things go around here in Bhadurpura, and we're fine with that.
