Tmr Farms Private Limited is run out of our place in Kondapur. We are over at Silpa Park, specifically in flat 404 of the Sriram Harmony Heavens building. It is a bit of a trek through the Hyderabad traffic to get here sometimes, but it is where we do all our planning and paperwork. Even though we are in a residential area, our minds are usually out on the land. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at spreadsheets to keep things moving. The apartment gets a bit crowded with files and notes, but it works for us right now. People often ask why a farm company is in a flat in the city, but this is where the logistics happen. We handle the business side of things from here so the actual work on the ground doesn't get stuck. Kondapur is busy and noisy, which is quite different from the quiet fields we deal with. We’ve been at Sy56 for a while now. It’s just a small team of us. Sometimes the elevator in the building is slow, or the parking is a mess, but we manage to get our daily tasks done. We aren't a massive operation with a glass building. It’s just a regular office setup in a home environment where we try to stay organized. We deal with the seeds, the crops, and the people every single day from this spot. It takes effort to keep track of everything, but we do our best.
