Telangana Rashtra Rythu Samanvaya Samithi

Our office for Telangana Rashtra Rythu Samanvaya Samithi is situated in the old Pwd Buildings, specifically numbers 148 and 149. If you know the area, we are right across from the L.B. Stadium in Basheerbagh. It is a very busy part of Hyderabad, especially when there is a game or an event going on nearby. We have been here for a while, working on things that involve the local farmers and trying to coordinate different needs. The building is an older style, typical for this part of town. It has high ceilings and those thick walls that keep it a bit cooler in the summer. We spend our days meeting with people who come in from all over the state. There is usually a bit of a crowd in the hallway, everyone waiting to talk about their crops or some land issue. It gets noisy with all the traffic outside on the main road. We do not have a lot of fancy furniture, just desks and chairs and stacks of files everywhere. It is a practical place for practical work. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can, though sometimes the paperwork takes longer than anyone likes. Being centrally located helps folks find us easily. Most people just walk over after getting off the bus at the stadium stop. We are just here doing the daily grind of support work for the farming community in our region.
