Tarmal Tools & Hardware

Tarmal Tools & Hardware is located at 3-151/19, right across from the State Bank of Hyd at the Narsapur X Road in Balanagar. This is a very busy intersection, and there are always people and vehicles moving around outside our door. Being opposite the bank makes us easy to find, which is helpful for new customers. Our shop is filled to the brim with all kinds of tools, hammers, nails, and other hardware items. It is a bit of a tight squeeze when more than two or three people are inside at the same time. We have been in Balanagar for a long time and have seen the X Road become much more crowded over the years. The dust from the road often settles on our shelves, so we spend a lot of time wiping things down. We don't have any fancy displays; we just stack things where they will fit. My nephew helps me run the counter, and we try to help people find exactly what they need for their home repairs or construction jobs. It can get very hot in the afternoons when the sun hits the front of the shop, but we have a small cooler that helps a bit. Most of our customers are locals from the neighborhood who have been coming to us for years. We stay open until late in the evening when the traffic finally starts to thin out. It is hard work, but we take pride in knowing our tools are helping people.
