Sneha Industries

Sneha Industries is over at 42-7-63 in Prem Nagar. We are very close to the Hanuman Temple which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us. It’s a nice neighborhood to work in. You can hear the temple bells sometimes and it’s quite peaceful in the mornings. we have a small factory setup here. It’s not a huge operation but we stay busy. There is always something that needs fixing or making. We have a handful of workers who have been with us for a long time. We treat each other like family mostly. We don't have any corporate rules or fancy handbooks. We just know what needs to be done and we do it. The space is a bit cramped sometimes because we have a lot of materials sitting around. But we know where everything is. We spend most of our time on the shop floor rather than in the office. It’s better that way because you can see what’s actually happening. Prem Nagar has been our home for a while and we like being part of the local community. We don't do any big advertising campaigns. We just do our work and hope people like it. It’s a very basic way of running a business but it keeps us going. We’re just regular people trying to do a good job every day. There isn't much more to it than that.
