Taj Ice Cream

Our place, Taj Ice Cream, is over at 5-4-410/12 in the Dollar Hills area of Alkapur. It’s a decent spot, though sometimes the street gets a bit crowded with parked cars. We spend a lot of our time back in the kitchen area where the machines are. It gets pretty noisy when they are all running at once. We usually start quite early to get everything ready before the afternoon heat really kicks in. The shop itself isn't huge, but it's enough for what we do. We have the usual counters and some freezers that we have to keep a close eye on. Dealing with the power in Alkapur can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but we manage to keep things frozen. You can usually find one of us cleaning the floors or wiping down the glass because the kids always leave fingerprints everywhere. It’s just the way it goes. We don't have any big corporate backer or anything fancy. It's just a local operation where we try to keep things moving. Sometimes we sit outside on the step when there aren't many customers around just to get some fresh air. The Dollar Hills neighborhood has changed a lot since we first set up here at 5-4-410/12, but we are still in the same spot doing the same thing every day. It’s honest work and it keeps us occupied from morning till night.
