Synycs Agro Llp

Synycs Agro Llp is located over at Plot No. 1 to 9 in Khajaguda. It’s in the Seri Lingampally area of Hyderabad, zip code 500032. We have a fair amount of space here across those plots. It’s an interesting area because it’s developing so fast. One day it’s an empty lot and the next there is a new building going up. We’ve been here since before some of these newer roads were even paved. Our work revolves around the agro sector. It’s mostly practical stuff, not just sitting behind a desk all day. We are often out and about, seeing how things are going. The team is a mix of people who have been in farming their whole lives and some younger ones who are good with the newer systems. We don’t always agree on everything, but we find a middle ground eventually. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some desks, a few chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of maps on the walls. Lunch is usually a communal affair where everyone brings something from home and we share it around the big table. It feels more like a family than a workplace sometimes. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. We just tell it like it is. It’s hard work, and the Telangana sun doesn't make it any easier, but we are used to it.
