Bamboo House India

We are over at No. 4-123/C/1 on Street No. 10 in Swaroop Nagar. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot, but once you find Street 10, we are right there. As the name suggests, we work a lot with bamboo. It’s a material we really like because of how it grows and what you can make with it. Our place isn't like a standard office building. It’s more of a workshop and a space where we can actually handle the materials. There’s usually sawdust around and bits of bamboo being moved from one corner to another. We started this because we saw a way to use bamboo for different things instead of just the usual stuff. It’s a small team here in Swaroop Nagar. We all pitch in with different tasks. Some days we are designing things and other days we are just moving stock around. It’s physical work and it can get quite hot in the warehouse area. We don’t have a fancy marketing team or anything like that. We just show people what we’ve made and hope they like it. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which is nice. We’ve been here for several years now and the local people know us as the bamboo folks. It’s a simple setup but it works for what we need to do every day. We just enjoy working with our hands and seeing the finished products pile up.
