It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot, mostly a residential neighborhood, which makes it feel a lot more personal than a big industrial park. We run the trading business from here, and it’s a pretty straightforward operation. My name is on the door, and I’m usually the one answering the phone or checking the incoming shipments. We don't have a big team of sales people or a fancy lobby. It’s just a practical space where we keep our records and manage the logistics of the trades. Sometimes the deliveries arrive a bit late because the roads in Padma Nagar can be narrow, but we manage. We’ve been in this community for quite some time, and most of the neighbors know us. It’s a humble setup, but it works for what we need. We spend our days coordinating with suppliers and making sure the local orders get delivered where they need to go. There isn't much to the "About Us" other than we are just local people working hard to keep the business going. We aren't looking to become some massive chain. We like the small-scale feel and the fact that we can walk home after a long day of work. It is simple, honest work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
