S A K Interiors is based out of House No. 1-56/B/1/2 in Kandi Kumars Residency. We’re located in Jawahar Colony on Road No. 1. It’s a residential area, so it’s fairly quiet compared to the main roads. We do interior work, which means we spend a lot of time looking at samples and drawing up plans. Our office is more like a workshop sometimes, with bits and pieces of materials lying around. It’s not the neatest place, but we know where everything is. We handle a variety of home and office projects. Most of our day is spent talking to workers or checking on how a job is progressing. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The building is easy enough to find once you’re on the right road. We don't have a big showroom; we usually just take our samples to the clients' places. It’s more practical that way. There’s no corporate ladder here, just a few of us trying to do a good job. We use simple tools and basic software to get our ideas across. It’s a lot of measuring and double-checking numbers. Sometimes things don't go exactly as planned, but we just figure it out and keep moving. It’s a very hands-on kind of business. We like being in Jawahar Colony because it feels like a real neighborhood. We just keep working away, one room at a time, making things look a bit better.
