Sv Architect

We are Sv Architect over in Tilak Nagar, specifically New Nallakunta. Our office is tucked into House No.2-2-1164/1/F, right near the Fever Hospital, so most people find us pretty easily using that landmark. It’s a local setup where we spend most of our days looking at blueprints and talking to clients who want to build something in Hyderabad. Sometimes the street gets a bit crowded with people headed to the hospital, but we like it here. We handle a lot of residential stuff, mostly house plans and basic structural work. It isn't a fancy corporate office with a big glass front. It’s more of a practical space where we can sit down and sketch. We have been working out of this spot for a while now. Most of the time it’s just us figuring out how to make a space functional within the budget someone brings us. If you walk past the hospital, you’ll likely see our sign. We don't have a huge team, just a few of us who know the area and how things work around here. It’s quiet inside usually, except for when we are arguing over where a wall should go. We just do the work that comes our way and try to get things right for the people who trust us with their homes. It's a simple life, drafting and visiting sites. That's about it really. No big stories, just a local office doing what we know how to do on a daily basis.
