We are based out of B Block in Aditya Empress Towers. It’s a busy spot in Tolichowki, Hyderabad. Most people here are doing IT stuff or working in big offices, but we deal with agro things. It’s a bit different working from a high-rise tower like this when you are thinking about farms and crops. Srr Fadeev Agro India Private Limited started because we wanted to do something real with the land and help things grow. Shaikpet is a crowded area, and there is usually a lot of traffic and noise right outside our windows. Our office isn't anything fancy or decorated, just a normal place where we get the paperwork done and talk to people on the phone. Sometimes the elevator takes a long time to come, but it's a good enough spot to be for now. We have been here for a bit, and it is just a few of us trying to make the business work day by day. Telangana is a huge place for farming, so being in the city helps us stay connected with different people. We don't have a massive team, just some regular folks making sure things move along. It gets very hot in Hyderabad, but we stay busy inside. We handle the agro side of things from this 1805 flat. It is quiet inside compared to the street noise below. We spend a lot of time on calls or looking at maps. It's a lot of effort, but we are getting used to the rhythm of it all.
