We are located at Plot 52 in Srinagar Colony, over in the Trimulgiri area. Bronte Swan Impex Pvt. Ltd. is where we handle our daily import and export business. The office is in a residential area, which makes it feel a bit more grounded than the city center. We are not in a skyscraper or anything like that. It is just a regular building where we have set up our operations over the years. We deal with international trade, so our hours can be a bit odd sometimes to match other time zones. There is always a lot of paperwork with this kind of work. We have to make sure every single form is filled out right so things do not get stuck at the port for weeks. We have been at this for a while and have a decent rhythm going. It is just a few of us here in the office. We do not have a marketing department or anything fancy. We just talk to our clients and suppliers directly. Sometimes the phone does not stop ringing, and other days it is quiet enough to actually get through the filing. We just focus on the logistics and making sure the goods move smoothly. It is a local business run by local people who know the trade well. We just take it day by day and do our best. It seems to work out for us.
