We run Zoop Exim from House No. 16-11-16/16, which is right near Sripuram Colony. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s a bit quieter than the main commercial hubs, which we actually prefer. We deal with export and import stuff, mostly moving smaller goods that people need to get across borders. The house is where we keep all the records and do the heavy lifting with the customs paperwork. It can get pretty stressful when a shipment is stuck at the port for no clear reason, but we’ve learned to be patient over the years. We aren't a massive logistics firm with hundreds of trucks. It’s a small operation here. My cousin helps me with the logistics, and we have one person who handles the phone calls. Sometimes the living room is full of samples and boxes waiting to be labeled and moved. It’s an honest way to make a living, and we’ve built some good relationships with the vendors in the colony. We don't have a shiny office with glass walls; it’s just a regular house where work happens. People sometimes get confused by the address because of the numbers, but once you find us near Sripuram, it’s straightforward. We just try to make sure things get from point A to point B without too many headaches for the people we work with. It is just everyday business for us and our small crew in the house.
