Al Ameen Impex

Our office is in Anand Nagar Colony, House No. 6-3609/45. We are quite close to Dayanand High School, so we hear the bells and the kids playing during the day. It’s a nice enough spot for Al Ameen Impex to operate out of. We mostly handle import stuff, though it varies depending on what the market is doing. The space we have is quite modest. There’s a main room where we do all the work and a small area for files and storage. We don't spend money on expensive signs or decorations for the walls. Most of the people we deal with are on the other end of a phone line anyway, so they don't see the office. We spend a lot of time checking prices and looking for better ways to move goods without wasting money. It can be a lot of repetitive work, looking at invoices and shipping manifests day after day. But we have a rhythm now that works for us. We know which ports are fast and which ones are going to be a headache. We aren't some big multinational firm with thousands of employees. We’re just a local business trying to make things work in a competitive market. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when three things happen at once, but we usually manage to sort it out by the end of the day. We like the neighborhood because it’s easy for us to get to and it feels real.
