Sri Venkateshwara Hair Saloon

This is Sri Venkateshwara Hair Saloon. We are in Shop 1 in the Khairatabad area. It’s a very central location in Hyderabad, which is good for business but parking can be a real headache for customers. I’ve been cutting hair here for a long time. The shop isn't very large, just enough for a couple of chairs and a bench for waiting. We mostly do haircuts and shaves for the men who live around here or work in the nearby offices. I keep the tools clean and sharp. The walls are painted a simple blue color, though it’s starting to peel a bit near the ceiling. I haven't had time to fix that yet. Most of my customers have been coming to me for years, so we know each other's stories. It feels more like a hangout spot sometimes than a business. We don't have a fancy receptionist or anything. If the phone rings, I usually just answer it while I'm working. I try to stay open late because a lot of guys can only come after they finish their shifts. It’s a simple life, but it’s mine. I don't need a huge salon with twenty employees. Just this one shop is enough to keep me busy and happy. If you're nearby and need a tidy up, you can just walk in. We don't really do appointments much, just first come first served.
