Santhosh Hair Saloon

Santhosh Hair Saloon is located at shop no 2-2-1017/A in Dhobi Galli, Amberpet. We are basically right beside the Sri Ramana Theater. Because of the cinema, there is always something going on nearby, especially when there is a night show and the crowds are pouring out onto the street. Dhobi Galli itself is a busy little place with a lot of history. Our shop is an old-fashioned kind of place. We have the tall mirrors and the heavy chairs that have been there since the beginning. It feels very familiar to the people who live in the colony. We don't have any of those modern decorations you see in the malls. It is just a place where you come to get your hair cut and maybe talk for a few minutes. The walls are painted a simple color and we have a small shelf for the powders and creams we use. In the mornings, it is usually just a few older men coming in for a shave, and then it gets busier with the younger crowd in the evenings. You can hear the sounds from the theater sometimes if the movie is particularly loud. We have seen a lot of changes in Amberpet over the years, but our little corner in Dhobi Galli stays pretty much the same. It is a reliable spot for anyone who needs a quick fix-up without any complicated stuff.
