Sri Shiva Shakti Traders

Our shop is near the Mahakali Temple in Secunderabad, specifically in Old Boyiguda. It is Shop 103 and 104, so we have a bit more space than some of the other traders nearby. We trade in a lot of different things depending on what the local contractors need. Usually, it is construction materials or general supplies for the neighborhood. The location is very busy because of the temple nearby, so there are always people walking past the front door. We open early because that is when the laborers and builders start their day. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, so we usually sit inside and go over the ledgers. We do not have a big team, just a few of us making sure orders get loaded onto the autos correctly. Sometimes there is a mix-up with the quantities, but we just sort it out right there on the spot. Trading is mostly about knowing people and having what they need when they show up. We have stayed in Ranijung because it is a central spot for the city’s trade. The building is old, but it stays cool enough in the shade. We keep the stock piled up, so it is a bit of a maze inside. People come in, have some tea, talk about the prices, and then we get to work. It is a very normal way to run a business. We are just a reliable shop in the neighborhood.
