We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know where everything sits. Customers come in looking for something specific to fix a leak or a broken door, and we spend time digging through the bins to find it. It's not a fast process but it works. The fan in the corner makes a clicking sound that we’ve stopped noticing. We usually eat lunch in the back room while listening to the news on the radio. Dilsuknagar is a busy place, always changing, but our little shop stays pretty much the same. We don’t have a website or any of that fancy stuff. People just know to come by when they need hardware. It is a humble way to earn a living but we enjoy talking to the neighbors who stop in. We keep things simple and honest here without any of those big store attitudes.
