Krk Pipes Pvt. Ltd. is based at Flat No. 1805 in the Pegasus B Block. This is inside the Meenakshi Skylounge in Khanamet. It is a pretty high up spot to be doing business. From the 18th floor, you can see quite a bit of Khanamet and beyond. It feels different working from a flat rather than a warehouse or a street-side shop. We have to use the elevators for everything, which can be a pain when you are in a hurry. The Meenakshi Skylounge is a big complex, so it takes a minute to get from the gate to our block. Inside the office, we have mostly desks and some samples of the pipes we deal with. It is a bit more quiet up here than it would be on the ground. We don't get much walk-in traffic, mostly just phone calls and emails. Sometimes the wind really whistles against the windows when a storm is coming through. It is a professional enough setup but we still have our coffee mugs and random papers lying everywhere. Working in Pegasus B Block is mostly about keeping the logistics moving for the pipe orders. We stay busy with the paperwork and the coordination. Khanamet is a growing area, so there is always construction going on that we can see from the balcony. It’s just our daily routine in a tall building.
