Our place is over in the Atufa Complex, right there at No. 4-7-1121/4 in Putli Bowli. If you know the Rangmahal Road area, you know it stays crowded and loud most of the day. Siddharth Brothers has been operating from this little slice of the market for a long time. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so there’s always someone you know behind the counter or back in the storage area. We don't really do much in the way of fancy displays. It’s more about piles of stock and lists written on bits of paper. The building itself has seen better days, but it works for what we need. We spend a lot of time talking to customers who come in looking for specific parts or items. Sometimes we have what they want, and sometimes we have to go looking for it. It’s a lot of back and forth. We don't use any complicated systems, just some old-fashioned record-keeping and a bit of patience. The traffic on Rangmahal Road can be a nightmare, so we usually get here early to beat the rush. It’s a simple life. We aren’t trying to change the world, just trying to keep the business running and make sure our regulars are looked after. Most people know us by name around here, and that’s how we like it.
