Sri Satish Hair Saloon

Our shop is located in Vijay Nagar Colony, specifically over in Feroz Gandhi Nagar. The address is 10-2-318/1/103/1. It’s quite near the Masjid Firdous, so I hear the prayers five times a day. It’s a good sound to work to. Hyderabad is a busy place and this neighborhood is no different. People are always moving. Sri Satish Hair Saloon is just a small room where I do my work. I have the usual stuff, some scissors, a couple of clippers, and the spray bottle. The chairs are old but they are comfortable enough for fifteen minutes. I try to keep the place organized but hair gets everywhere no matter how much I sweep. The walls are a plain color and there aren't many pictures up. I like it that way. Most of my customers live right here in the colony. We talk about the weather or the price of things at the market while I work. I don't have a website or a fancy phone. If you need a haircut, you just walk down the street and see if the light is on. I stay open until late evening most days. It’s a simple business. I’ve been doing this for a long time and I don't plan on changing how I do things. It’s just me and my tools in this little corner of the city. I keep the combs clean.
