If you ever find yourself walking through Rajendra Gunj, you might pass by our place. We are Sri Hanuman Agri Cottons Private Limited. Our shop is number 149, located on Plot No.16. The house number is 12-3-60, just in case you are looking at the old street markings. Rajendra Gunj is a lively area, especially when the cotton season kicks in. It’s usually loud with people shouting and vehicles moving around. Our shop isn't very large. There is enough room for a few chairs and some samples of what we are working with. Most of our day involves talking to people who come in from the surrounding farms. Quality of the cotton and what the prices look like this week are common topics. It is honest work, though it can get very dusty in the heat. Air conditioning isn't something we have, just a couple of ceiling fans that hum all day long. Sometimes we share tea with the neighbors while we wait for a delivery. This location has been our home for a while now, and we’ve seen the market change quite a bit. Trying to be something we aren't is not for us. Local business is what we are, handling cotton and agro-products. If the door is open, it means someone is there to talk. It is a simple setup at Shop No. 149, and it works for us and the people we deal with daily.
