You can find Sree Lakshmi Ganapathi Boutique at Shop No. G-6 in the Sai Priya Residency building. We are right on Nizampet Road in Brindavan Colony. It is a busy road with a lot of cars and people always moving past. Inside the shop, things are a bit different. It is filled with rolls of fabric, threads of every color you can imagine, and the constant hum of the sewing machines. My day is mostly spent measuring cloth, marking patterns with chalk, and talking to women about what they want for a wedding or a festival. It is a lot of detailed work, and my eyes get tired sometimes from the stitching. We have a couple of tailors who work in the back, and we are often squeezed into a small space surrounded by half-finished dresses. The place is a bit cluttered with leftover scraps of silk and cotton on the floor. We do not have a big fancy storefront with mannequins in every window. It is more of a practical workshop where we focus on getting the fit right. Sometimes we are rushing to finish an order because a customer needs it by tomorrow, and those days can be pretty stressful. But we have built a good group of regulars from the apartments nearby who trust us with their clothes. We have been here in Nizampet for a while now, watching the road get busier every year. It is a small local business.
