Kannayya'S Boutique

We are located right at Satyam Tailors, up on the first floor at 4-2-169/199. If you find the Hari Masjid in Badi Chowdi, you’re basically there because we are right beside it. It’s a busy spot, especially with all the foot traffic around the mosque. We keep things pretty simple here at Kannayya'S Boutique. It’s mostly just us working with fabrics and dealing with whatever comes through the door that day. The space isn’t huge, but we have enough room for what we need to do. Sometimes the stairs are a bit narrow when we're carrying stuff up and down. We’ve been in this part of town long enough to know most of the regulars who walk by. It’s a good community. We don't spend much time on decorations or making things look like a mall store. We’d rather just focus on the clothes and the sewing. It gets a bit noisy outside sometimes, but you get used to it after a week or two. We like being near the masjid because everyone knows where that is. It makes giving directions easy for everyone. We just open up in the morning and stay until the work is finished for the day. No big fancy speeches about what we do, we just do it. It’s a bit messy at times with thread and fabric scraps everywhere, but that’s just how it goes when you’re actually working. We just try to do right by the people who come in.
