Cindrella Imported Shoppe

Cindrella Imported Shoppe is located inside Amrutha Mall in Somajiguda. Being in a mall means we don’t have to worry about the rain, but the mall music can get a bit repetitive after eight hours of work. We have a lot of different items packed onto the shelves, mostly stuff brought in from elsewhere. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when more than four people are inside the shop at once. Somajiguda is a busy spot, so we get a lot of people just walking in to look around while they wait for their movie or dinner. We spend a lot of time rearranging the stock so everything fits on the shelves. The mall lights are always on, so it’s hard to tell what time of day it is outside unless we walk to the main entrance. We have a small counter near the front where we keep the paper bags and the old cash register. Sometimes the mall's air conditioning is too cold and we have to wear sweaters even in the middle of summer. It’s an interesting place to work because you see all sorts of people. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who take turns being here. It’s a simple setup and we like that we are easy to find for anyone who knows the mall area. We just open up and wait for the shoppers.
