Sree Kanakdurga Laces & Borders & Sarees

Sree Kanakdurga Laces & Borders & Sarees is located at Shop No 4. We are right on Street No #8 in the Habsiguda neighborhood of Hyderabad. It is a small shop but we manage to pack a lot into the space. We have laces, borders, and sarees stacked up all over the place. Some days the shop feels a bit crowded because of all the rolls of lace sitting everywhere. We do not have a big corporate office or anything like that. Just this one shop here in the 500007 area. People usually stop by when they are fixing up an old saree or trying to make something new for a function. We spend a lot of time measuring out borders and cutting pieces for whoever walks in. It is a lot of manual work. My hands are usually busy with the shears or folding things back up after a customer leaves. The street outside can get a bit loud with all the traffic in Hyderabad, but inside we just focus on the fabric. We have been in this part of Habsiguda for a while now. Most of our neighbors are just regular folks. We don't do much advertising. People just see the shop and come inside to see what is on the shelves. Sometimes we have a lot of one color and not enough of another, but that is just how stock goes. It is a plain, honest business. We show up and work.
