We are over at 3-4Dharmasagar Village. It is just a group of us local farmers who decided to work together under one name. Most days you will find us out in the fields or checking on the harvest progress. We started this because we needed a better way to handle all our produce instead of everyone doing it separately. There are no fancy offices or air conditioning here. Just some desks, a lot of notebooks, and dirt on our boots from the morning’s work. We deal with whatever the season brings us. Sometimes the weather is really tough and we lose crops, but that is just how farming goes. We are not big city people with suits and ties. We just know the land around this village really well. Most of us grew up right here in Dharmasagar. It is hard work and the days are long, but it keeps us busy and feeds our families. We handle the seeds and the selling ourselves now which is a lot more work but feels right. If you come by the village, you will see us. We spend a lot of time talking about the rain and the soil quality. That is just how life is when you live off the ground. We do not have a marketing team or anything like that. We are just local folks keeping the farm going day by day and making sure the work gets done properly.
