Our office is located at M F 2 in PS Nagar, which is over in the Masab Tank area, near Vijayanagar Colony. It’s a busy part of Hyderabad. We’ve been here for a bit, focusing on architectural plans and some planning work. It’s a small setup. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or a big lobby. Usually, there’s just a couple of us working on laptops or looking at big printed maps of plots. People come to us when they need to get a plan drawn up for a new house or maybe an extension. We spend a lot of time dealing with the technical side of things, like making sure everything follows the local rules. It’s not very glamorous, but it’s necessary. We don’t talk like those big city firms. We just tell you what can be done with the space you have. Sometimes we have to tell people their ideas won't work, which isn't always fun, but it’s better than having problems later. The Masab Tank area is great because we can get anywhere in the city pretty fast, though the traffic is a nightmare sometimes. We mostly just focus on getting the lines straight and the numbers right. It’s a simple office for simple work. We don't have a big mission statement, we just want to get the plans finished so people can start their construction. That’s about it.
