Begum Bazaar is always crowded, and that’s where we are, right on Old FC Road in Gosha Mahal. Our office at 15-1-664/6 is pretty easy to find if you know where the Ravi Petrol Pump is because we are just opposite that. Most days start with us opening up and checking the schedules for the day. It’s not a very fancy place, just a regular travel office where we help people figure out where they need to go. You can hear the bikes and trucks passing by all the time outside. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. Some days are really hectic with people walking in and asking about bus timings or seat availability, and other days are a bit slower. We just sit here, take the calls, and try to make sure everything is booked correctly. There’s a lot of paper around and the computers stay busy. If you’re coming from the Gosha Mahal side, just look for the petrol pump and you’ll see us. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons but the tea guy comes around twice a day which is good. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us here making sure the travel stuff gets done. People from the market often drop in to chat or check prices. It’s just how things work here in Hyderabad 500012. We don't do anything too complicated, just plain travel bookings for anyone who needs them.
