Sherry Mathwes

Sherry Mathwes is the name we use, but it’s a group effort here in Hyderabad. We’ve been located in this part of town for a good while. The 500001 area is pretty busy, so there is always something going on outside our windows. Inside, things are a bit more relaxed. We don't wear suits or have formal meetings every morning. Most of the time, we just chat over tea about what needs to be handled for the day. Our space isn't huge. It’s basically just enough room for us and our equipment. We keep things pretty practical. If a chair breaks, we fix it ourselves instead of buying a new one. That’s just how we were raised. We don’t spend money on fancy advertisements or shiny brochures. We figure if we do what we’re supposed to do, people will keep coming back. It’s a very honest way to run things. Some days are harder than others, especially when the heat gets bad or the traffic makes everyone late. But we show up regardless. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s ours. We like the independence of being a small local name. You get to know your neighbors and the people who walk by every morning. It makes the work feel a bit more personal than it would in a big office block. We just try to keep our heads down and do right by our people.
