Shanthi Ladies Wear

Shanthi Ladies Wear is situated at 7-2-177/2 on Market Street, right near Station Road in Secunderabad. Being so close to the station means we see all sorts of people walking by every hour of the day. It is a very busy part of Hyderabad. We have been here for a while and the shop has seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We carry a lot of different ladies' wear. Most of it is practical stuff that people around here need for their daily lives. Because we are on Market Street, it gets very loud with the traffic and the people shouting, but that's just the energy of the place. We keep the shop open pretty long hours to make sure we are there when people are heading home from the station in the evening. The space is a bit tight because we try to fit a lot of stock into a small area. You have to be careful walking between the racks sometimes so you don't knock anything over. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know exactly where everything is kept. If you ask for a certain size or color, we usually have to dig through a few piles to find it, but we eventually get there. It’s a real local shop. We don’t do anything fancy with the decor or the lights. We just focus on the clothes and making sure the door stays open.
