We’ve been at 403 Meridian Plaza for a while now. It's a busy spot in Green Land. Shantanu Chaudhari Architects Pvt Ltd is mostly just us working on drawings and talking to people about their houses or shops. It gets a bit loud outside sometimes but we stay busy inside. Usually, someone is on a call or looking at a site map. We don't have a big fancy reception. Just some desks and chairs where we sit and figure out how to make things fit on a plot of land. People stop by to ask about blueprints or how long a permit takes to get processed. We try to keep it straightforward. Sometimes projects take longer than we want because of paperwork, which is just how it goes in this line of work. We handle the technical bits that most folks don't want to deal with. If you walk into our office, you’ll see rolls of paper and a few computers running. It’s a practical space for practical work. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit from our window. It’s nice to be part of the local community here. We just focus on the job at hand and try to make sure the walls and roofs are where they’re supposed to be. Nothing too complicated, just architectural work day in and day out. It keeps our hands full and our minds occupied most of the time. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just good solid building plans.
