You can find us at Shop No. 5-8-506/A in Nabad Mansion. We are located on Chirag Ali Lane in the Abids area, which is a very well-known part of town. Karimabad Colony is right opposite to us. The office isn't very large, but it serves our needs for handling tour bookings and travel arrangements. We spend a lot of our mornings sorting through emails and checking if any schedules have changed. Travel work involves a lot of waiting on hold with different companies, which can be tiring, but it's part of the job. We see a lot of different people coming through the door, some wanting to go abroad and others just needing a quick bus ticket to a nearby city. We try to be honest about what is available and what isn't because there is no point in making things sound better than they are. The building itself has been around for a long time, so it has that old Hyderabad feel to it. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit and we have to wait it out, but that’s just life here. We don't use any fancy software, just the standard tools that everyone else uses. It’s a lot of typing and double-checking dates to make sure nobody misses their flight. Most of our regulars know us by name and just stop by to say hello while they are in Abids for work.
