Satya Ice Creams

My family has been running Satya Ice Creams for a good while now. We are located at 78-912, right on Old Bus Stand Road in Kothapet. It gets very busy around here with people rushing to catch their buses or just walking through to the local market for their daily shopping. We mostly just keep the freezers running and make sure there is enough stock for everyone when it gets really hot in the afternoons. It is a small place, nothing fancy at all. Local people know us because we have been at this same spot for many years. I remember when this road was not even paved properly and there were fewer buildings around. We just open up the shop in the morning, check the temperature of the coolers, and stay until the last few customers head home. Sometimes the old fridge acts up a bit, but we fix it ourselves. It is just a regular shop where you can get something cold to eat. We do not really do any advertising or anything like that. Most people just see our sign while they are waiting for their bus to arrive. I like sitting by the door when it is quiet. Kothapet has changed a lot over the years, but this corner stays mostly the same. My younger cousin helps out on the weekends. We try to keep things clean. It is a lot of work, honestly. Cleaning the floors and wiping down the glass constantly. If you are walking past the old bus stand, you will see us.
