Sathwika Crop Science Private Limited is located at P. 5-7-62 in Sangeeth Nagar. We are right in the middle of Hyderabad, which is a bit different from being out in the rural fields, but our hearts are still in the same place. We deal with crop science, but we don't act like some big laboratory. We are just a small team of people who are interested in how things grow and how to make them grow better. Our office in Hyderabad is usually full of maps and sample jars. It’s a bit cluttered and we always seem to be running out of shelf space. We don't have a big corporate culture here. We just come in, wear our regular clothes, and get to work. Sometimes the traffic in Hyderabad makes us late, and sometimes we spend too much time talking about the latest research over lunch. We aren't trying to sell anyone a dream. We just look at the data and see what works for the local farmers we work with. It’s a mix of city living and thinking about the soil. We’ve been at this address for a bit, and the locals in Sangeeth Nagar know us as the people who are always fussing over plants and seeds. We don't have a PR person to write this, so it’s just us. We’re practical people doing a job that we think is useful. It’s a bit of a struggle sometimes to balance everything, but we keep going because we enjoy the work.
