San Marina

San Marina is tucked away at number 69 in Sripuram, over in the Malakpet area. If you know the neighborhood, you know it is a mix of houses and small businesses all squeezed together. Our office is just a simple room where we keep our records and handle the day-to-day stuff. It is not always the quietest place, especially when the neighbors are out or when someone is moving a delivery through the narrow street. We have got a couple of desks that have seen better days and a computer that takes its time starting up in the morning. We usually start the day with a quick talk about what needs doing, then just get to it. There is no big boss giving speeches or anything like that. We are just a small group of people working together. Malakpet can be a bit chaotic with the markets nearby, but Sripuram is our little corner of it. Sometimes we miss a call because we are out grabbing some food or running an errand at the post office. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy lobby. If you come by, you will just see us at our desks with piles of paper and maybe some half-empty tea cups. It is just a practical way to run things. We have been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us by name, which is nice when you are just trying to get through the week.
