Our shop is over in Dilsukhnagar, specifically at Door No 9-40, Shop No 4 in Lalitha Nagar. It’s quite easy to find if you are near the Railway Reservation Office because we are right beside it. There is also the Sai Baba Temple right behind us, so the area has a very specific feel to it. You can often hear the sounds from the temple and the general bustle of people going to the railway office. We’ve been here for a while, and it’s a busy little corner of Hyderabad 500036. The office isn't very large, just enough space for us to work and a few chairs for visitors. We handle a lot of different travel requests for people in the neighborhood. Some days we are just printing out tickets and other days we are explaining routes to people who aren’t sure where to go. It’s a very local atmosphere. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate policies that we talk about. We just show up, open the shutters, and start working. There’s always something to do, whether it’s answering the phone or fixing a mistake on a booking. We’re just regular people working in a travel shop. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of the road, but we keep things moving. It's just Samrat Tours and Travels, right here in Lalitha Nagar, helping out whoever drops in during the day.
