Sam Agri Avocado Private Limited shares the same building as some other folks, at 402 Maxx Chambers in Patigadda, Begumpet. We are right in the heart of Hyderabad-500003. Like the name says, we are all about avocados. It’s not a very common fruit to grow here, but we’ve been working at it. The office on the fourth floor is where we handle the commercial side of things. Maxx Chambers is a busy place, but once you get up to our floor, it’s mostly just us and our files. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. We focus on the agriculture and getting the avocados out to the right places. Working in Begumpet means we are close to everything, which helps with meetings and errands. We spend our mornings going through reports and our afternoons on the phone. Sometimes the heat in Hyderabad makes us worry about the crops, but that’s just part of the job. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do a good job with the fruit we handle. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way. No big corporate meetings or long presentations. We just sit around the desk and decide what needs to happen next. It’s practical, everyday work. We’ve been in Patigadda for a while now and we know the neighborhood well.
