Our office is located at No. 6-1-60/ A, right on the first floor above the Indu Deluxe Hotel in Saifabad. It's a pretty easy landmark to find if you’re looking for us. We handle a mix of things like foreign exchange and holiday planning. Most people come in because they’re going somewhere or need to sort out their money for a trip. It can get a bit hectic when it's vacation season and everyone wants to leave at once. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking rates on the computer. The office isn't huge, but it's enough for what we need. Since we're right above the hotel, there’s always people coming and going. It feels very connected to the travel world. We don't have any big corporate brochures. We mostly just talk to people across the counter and figure out what they need for their trip. Sometimes the printers act up or the internet gets slow, and we just have to deal with it like everyone else. It’s just us working through the daily pile of paperwork and bookings. We’ve been in Saifabad for a while and like being part of the local scene. It’s a practical business. We help people get their documents and money sorted so they can go wherever they’re going. It's steady work and we enjoy the variety of people we meet.
