Sai Collections

Sai Collections is over in Sanathnagar, specifically in the Czech Colony area. We’re on the second floor of S. V. S. S. Nivas, Flat No 203/A. If you know Street No 1, we are right there. Our main thing is making and trading garments, especially sarees. The office is always full of different fabrics and bright colors. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes with all the stock we keep on hand. We spend a lot of time checking the stitching and the patterns on the sarees to make sure everything looks right before it goes out. Since we are in the Ameerpet area, it’s always crowded and noisy outside, but that’s just the vibe of the district. We’ve got a few sewing machines set up and people constantly coming in and out to check on new designs. It’s a family-run kind of feel here, even though we have a few staff members helping with the trading part. We don't really have a big fancy shop window; most of our business happens through word of mouth and people who know our work from years back. Some days we are just buried under heaps of cloth, trying to get orders ready for the festive seasons. It’s hard work, and your eyes get tired from looking at the fine details, but we enjoy seeing the finished products. We just keep it simple and focus on the clothes and sarees that come through our door. It’s enough to keep us going.
