Rythusiri Agrotech (Opc) Private Limited is located over in Hydershakote, at Kayem Apts. We are in Flat 108 on Plot No.72/P. If you know Rajendra Nagar, it is pretty easy to find. It is a one-person company mostly, which keeps things simple but also a bit busy. Hyderabad-Rangareddi is a big area, but we stay focused on our little corner here. We deal with agrotech stuff, which mostly means we spend our time looking at equipment and seeds and trying to figure out what works for farmers. It is not a glamorous job. The office gets crowded with paperwork and samples. Sometimes the lift in the apartment is slow, so we end up taking the stairs a lot. We just wanted to have a place where we could work on farming ideas without too much noise. Being in an apartment complex means we have to keep things relatively quiet, but we manage. It’s just how we started out. We don't have a team of experts in suits. It’s just me and a few folks who help out when things get hectic. We try to keep track of everything, but sometimes the desk is a mess. It’s a real business with real people, not some big corporate thing. We just do our work day by day and hope for the best. It takes a lot of time to get everything sorted, but we are getting there slowly.
