Rythu Sangham Producer Company Limited is located at Hno. 7-1-621/13, Flat No. 202 in S.R Nagar. We are a bit more centrally located than some of the other groups, but our hearts are still very much in the fields. Rythu Sangham basically means a farmers' association, and that is exactly what we are. A group of people who produce goods and decided it was better to work as one unit. Our office in S.R Nagar is where we handle the logistics and the selling side of things. It’s a lot of coordination, making sure the produce from various farms gets to the right place at the right time. We deal with a lot of different people every day, from the farmers themselves to the folks buying the goods. It can be a bit chaotic at times, with phones ringing and people coming in and out. We don't use any fancy management techniques; we just talk to people and try to keep our promises. Most of us have been in this line of work for a long time, so we’ve seen the ups and downs of the market. We try to provide a bit of stability for our members. It’s not a glamorous job, and there’s always some problem that needs solving, but it’s important work. We’re just a bunch of regular folks trying to make the system work a bit better for the people who actually grow the food.
