Rupali Beauty Parlour

Our shop is located in Shop No 4 and 5 of the Doshi Crest Apartments. This is in the Hyderguda-Basheer Bagh area of Hyderabad, very close to St Paul School. Because of the school nearby, the mornings and afternoons are always full of the sounds of kids and parents. We have two shops joined together, which gives us a bit more room to move around. I handle a lot of the hair and skin treatments myself. The apartment complex is quite old, so the shop has a bit of an aged feel to it, which I like. We have many regular clients from the apartments above and the surrounding streets. It is a busy part of town, but we have our own little rhythm inside. We do threading, hair coloring, and simple facials most of the day. There is no big corporate management here, just me and a couple of girls who help out. We keep our tools clean and our mirrors wiped down. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that is just how it goes sometimes. The atmosphere is very casual and people often stay to chat even after their hair is done. It is a neighborhood parlour where everyone is treated like a neighbor. We just keep things simple and practical for everyone who visits. We are just here every day working.
