RSK Aquaculture is based out of Malakpet, right in Sai Chandra Residency at House Number 101. It’s not a huge office or anything, just a place where we manage the business. We focus on fish farming and water-based stuff. Mostly, we are busy coordinating things from here. Malakpet is a busy area so being here helps us stay connected to everything. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone writing fancy speeches for us. We just handle the day-to-day tasks. Some of us have been working with fish for a long time. It’s a lot of monitoring and making sure the cycles are moving along like they should. If you come by the residency, you might see us coming and going. We keep things pretty simple. There’s always paperwork to do and phone calls to make to the sites. It gets a bit hectic when the harvest times come around. We just try to stay on top of it. It’s a local operation and we know the neighborhood well. Not much has changed since we started, we just keep doing what we know. We don't use big words to describe it. It’s just aquaculture and we put in the hours. That is how we run things at RSK. It’s straightforward work and we are okay with that. We just do our bit and keep moving forward. Most days are spent looking at reports or talking to people out at the tanks.
